A young couple approached me for help with furnishing their newly bought house. It was a blank canvas, newly renovated, a large open concept space – clean, but quite cold. They wanted a minimalist modern space that is also inviting and comfortable, usable for themselves, their dog and cat, and perfect for entertaining. For environmental reasons we avoided long shipping routes and opted for good quality furniture with an emphasis on supporting local artist, artisans and craftspeople.
